Here are some general tips to keep your eyes feeling fresh and healthy.

  • Visit an optometrist for an eye assessment at least once a year. Make sure your prescription glasses are up to date as your degree changes!
  • Take periodic breaks at work to reduce eye strain Taking breaks is important especially if you face a computer at work every day. Many screens emit blue light which worsens visual fatigue.
  • Don’t forget to blink often! This will help hydrate your eyes and keep them feeling fresh.
